- Payments Terms: here are the payment terms; 50% Payments | Balance 50% has to be paid at least 20 days prior to departure. Please note Cancellation / Amendment request needs to reach us in writing. Any amendment received after booking will be treated as cancellation.
- The cancellation policy is as follows:
- Up to 60 days prior to date of departure: 25% of tour cost
- Between 30 days to 59 days prior to departure: 50% of tour cost
- Less than 15 days to 29 days prior to departure: 75% of tour cost
- Less than 14 days: 100% of tour cost
- DIY Guide payments are not refundable and once downloaded cannot be cancelled
- If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund can be made.
- Unused services for transfers, tours and hotel accommodation are not refundable.
- iTravel Journeys in no way shall be responsible for Flight / Train Miss, Any loss, injury or damage to person or property in connection with the transportation, caused by acts of strikes, pilferage, breakdown of machinery, accidents, Snow fall etc.
